Our Radiant Floor Panels are manufactured out of Expanded Polystyrene and Neopor EPS to offer superior strength and insulating properties. Expanded Polystyrene provides excellent thermal insulation capacity, high compressive strength, outstanding impact absorption and low weight. Foam is an eco-friendly building material and is incredibly strong, quiet, virtually allergen free and is not a food source for insects or mold. Creatherm radiant floor panels offer a great solution for slab-on-grade, snow melt, retro-fit heating.
The most innovative feature is the pre-molded tubing channel system that allows for simple, efficient installation while maintaining proper tube alignment. These channels eliminate ‘hot spots’ and provide a more comfortable environment for the homeowner.

Engineers, architects and other contractor professionals know that once pipe is laid in a Creatherm grid, it doesn’t move. This is an important differentiation from our competitors for two reasons. One, the lack of mobility provides more consistent heating. Two, in the event of repair, because the product remains firmly in place, locating the pipe and completing the repair is easily accomplished. Features
Floor Panel size is 2’ x 4’ and features a staggered snap-tight grid for optimal tube spacing. On-center points exist every 3 inches. Panels are available in 1.8”, 2.8” and 3.3” thicknesses.
